Meet the founder
Dorde llić, B.Sc. mechanical engineer (M.Sc.), is the founder and director of the Edukon consultancy, one of the recognized regional centers for the development and improvement of management systems, professional training and certification competencies.
With almost three decades of experience in the field of consulting services, training and auditing, he started his professional career at the Electric Power Company of Serbia, where he worked as a quality engineer and internal consultant for the implementation of management systems within a complex system that included the production, transmission and distribution of electricity.
After that, he developed his expertise through the internationally recognized organizations AQA Consulting, SGS and TÜV NORD, where he held a number of professional and managerial positions – from consultant and leading auditor to manager of certification business, training manager and director of the representative office for Serbia. During his work in these organizations, he gained valuable experience in team management, business development, organization of certification processes and creation of educational programs for companies of various sizes and activities.

Founding of Edukon
In 2012, he founded Edukon with the idea of providing companies in the region with practical and sustainable support in improving business processes, developing management systems and strengthening employee competencies. Under his leadership, Edukon has grown into a reliable partner for organizations from the private and public sector throughout Serbia, the region and the European Union.
During his career, he realized more than 750 consulting days on projects of implementation and improvement of international standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO 50001 and other specialized management systems. As an internationally recognized Lead Auditor and CQI & IRCA Approved Tutor, he participated in the training of more than 1,000 professionals through over 160 Lead Auditor programs and specialist educations.
His experience includes working with leading domestic and international companies, as well as the implementation of audits and projects for organizations operating according to the requirements of global brands such as Nestlé, Philip Morris, Nike, Benetton and others. A special place in his work is occupied by projects of sustainability, environmental protection, energy management, safety and health at work, information technologies and social responsibility.
In addition to consulting work, Đorđe is an active lecturer, mentor and author of professional texts in the field of management systems and auditing. He also participated in international projects of the European Union, where he was engaged as an expert and lecturer on support programs for the economy and institutions.
Today, through Edukon, he continues to help organizations improve their operations, develop sustainable management systems and build a culture of quality that brings long-term results.
